SCAN’s treatment services not only support people to stay clean from alcohol and other drugs but focus on helping them develop their full potential and embrace recovery in a way that encompasses the person’s “whole life, including mind, body, spirit, and community.”
SCAN’s recovery support services are designed to increase the occurrence of long-term recovery from substance use disorders among youth and adults. Recovery support services may precede treatment, accompany treatment, follow treatment, or be delivered separately from treatment.
SCAN’s intervention services provide children, adolescents, and adults with the opportunity to participate in a variety of evidence-based and informed programs that are designed to effectively intervene once problem behaviors have been identified.
SCAN provides children, adolescents, and adults with the opportunity to participate in various evidence-based prevention programs designed to prevent or reduce the risk of developing a behavioral health problem. The agency also provides opportunities for individuals to participate in several coalitions and actively works to encourage healthy family development.
SCAN’s mental health and trauma services provide children, adolescents, and adults with the opportunity to participate in several evidence-based and informed programs to benefit them directly, their children or other family members, and help others in the community.
