If your home is in Webb County and you will soon be coming back to your community following incarceration, the Border Reen¬try and Community Integration Program will identify your needs before you are released and will work with you to develop a plan so you can have a successful transition to your community. We will help you obtain a job, pro¬vide you with emotional support, help you deal with alcohol and drug problems and address other issues that led to your incarceration. We want to support your efforts to have a successful family and community life, to obtain gainful employment and to achieve physical and emotional safety as you pursue your goals. Treatment services available will include outpatient, intensive and supportive residential treatment services if needed that will be delivered according to the participants’ unique needs. The project will provide outreach, pre-treatment, continuing and recovery components to ensure ongoing engagement and linkages to community peer support.
