About

The LDPA seeks to reduce the onset and progression of substance use and misuse among youth and adults with a primary focus on underage drinking, underage vaping, and marijuana use. It also focuses on preventing underage tobacco cigarette use and opioid overdoses in Laredo, Webb County, Texas.
