Arco Iris transitional living program (TLP)

About

The Arco Iris TLP provides transitional living services to youth between 16-21 years of age in Webb County that do not have a permanent and safe place to live. Residential living services are provided only to youth between 18 – 21 years of age. Non-residential services (e.g., case management, life skills, referrals, etc.) are provided to youth between 16 – 21 years of age. Youth between 16 – 17 years of age needing residential services are referred to the agency’s Emergency Youth Shelter. The TLP provides youth with the opportunity to develop their abilities to lead healthy, drug-free, and independent lives. Participants receive a stable living environment, food, life skills training, and numerous support services.
