Description:
The Serenidad Program provides residential treatment services to adult men with substance abuse and dependence problems from Zapata, Webb, Starr, and Jim Hogg Counties who are medically indigent.

Services/Activities:
Individual, group, and family counseling; alcohol and drug education; HIV prevention education and testing; case management; and referral services.
