Description: 
The Rural Border Intervention (RBI) Program is designed to strengthen substance abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment services for adolescents and adults living in rural communities along the Texas-Mexico border. The RBI Program focuses on providing comprehensive services by directly delivering services to participants as well as linking participants with available resources.

Services/Activities:
Problem identification services, substance abuse screening and assessments, referrals, outreach, community collaboration, substance abuse prevention education, alternative activities, and brief interventions
