Description:
The Quality Assurance Program of SCAN helps monitor the effective and efficient delivery of services provided by all agency programs. In addition, the QA Program helps to ensure that each of these programs meets all contractual obligations of funding sources.

Services/Activities: Technical assistance, chart and performance measure binder audits, time studies, and on-site facility inspections
