Description:
The Hogar Para Todos Community Integration Project provides residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient treatment services to adult homeless individuals. Project services include outreach, pretreatment, case management, wrap-around, trauma treatment, and coordination with mental health services.

Services/Activities:
Screenings, counseling, case management, and evidence-based interventions including the Matrix Model and Motivational Enhancement Therapy.
