
Description:
The Futuros Sin Limitaciones Offender Reentry Project provides intensive and supportive outpatient treatment services and continuing care components for male and female adults that have recently returned to the community following incarceration. Project services include outreach, pretreatment, case management, wrap-around, trauma treatment, and coordination with mental health services.
Services/Activities:
Screenings, counseling, case management, and evidence-based interventions including the Matrix Model.
