
Description:
The Community-Supported Transition and Recovery Project is a substance abuse treatment project designed specifically for late adolescents and young adults, ages 18 to 24. The Project uses the Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach and the Assertive Continuing Care, which are evidence-based practices that treat the participants’ substance use disorders in their primary treatment experience and as they move to a different level of care.
Services/Activities:
Outreach; screening and assessment; individual, group and family counseling; and home and site visitation.
