
Description:
The Arco Iris Transitional Living Program (TLP) has been designed to enhance the continuum of services for homeless youth Webb County and to help youth and families in need achieve their greatest human potential. The program provides shelter, case management, and life skills education to homeless male and female participants between the ages of 16 to 21. The Arco Iris Program's primary goal is to direct female and male adolescents toward healthy development as adults and to empower them in achieving independent living and self-sufficiency.

Core services include access to shelter, referrals to community services, case management, counseling, and life skills education
